You can draw lines or pictures, and drop pushpins, as well as operating maps.
The operations on your map reflect simultaneously at the counter part's chat window in real time, so that you can use Map'n'Talk to determine the drive route, plan a journey or decide the meeting place, etc. without actually “seeing” your counter part in real world.
You can use Voice Chat as well as regular text chat.
